Each package includes the following:
1. 1 ScratchGard screen protector
2. 1 Micro Fibre cleaning cloth
3. Instructions on how to apply your screen protector |

» Is the screen protector an exact fit?
Yes, all of ScratchGard screen protectors are specifically designed to fit each model, there is no cutting or modifying needed. |

» Will the screen protector move once it is applied on the screen?
No, once the screen protector is applied to the screen, it will not slide or move. |

» Will the screen protectors leave a sticky residue?
No, our screen protectors will not leave a sticky residue once removed. |

» How do I remove the screen protector once it is applied?
You can remove the screen protector by applying a piece of scotch tape at one of the corners of the screen protector, and then slowly lift the tape along with the screen protector. |

» When will my order be processed?
Orders are usually despatched within 2/3 days after receipt of payment during business days and delivered within a week. |

» How much is shipping and handling?
Shipping and Handling is s.50.00 for regular shipping. |

» What is your Refund Policy?
ScratchGard Overseas Pvt Ltd endeavours to supply products to stringent international quality standards with appropriate check and measure to ensure product, material, packaging and delivery. Product(s) cost will be fully refunded or replaced against manufacturing / product defect provided the product(s) are returned and received by the company within 15 days from date of registered receipt by customer. Company will not replace products that have been wilfully damaged or that have been wrongly applied. This refund covers replacement against genuine manufacturing defect only. |

» Do I need to have a Paypal account to checkout?
No, you do not have to sign up for a PayPal account when you checkout from our shopping cart. Once you are at Eazy2Pay's checkout page, you can choose the first option in which you can pay securely via Credit Card. |
